Night-Time Skincare: Simple Bedtime Routine for Tired, Overworked Skin

Raat ka time skin ke liye repair shift jaisa hota hai. Din bhar pollution, sun, makeup, sweat, screen light ke baad ek simple night routine bhi visible difference la sakta hai – and it doesn’t need ten products.

Step 1: Thorough cleansing.

Night cream ka matlab super-thick greasy jar nahi. Bas aisa moisturiser jo tumhari skin type ko suit kare aur tightness ya flakiness ko roke. Oily skin ke liye gel or lotion; dry skin ke liye creamier texture.

Optional: Targeted actives (retinol, exfoliating acids etc.) sirf tab add karo jab basics strong ho aur skin calm ho. Slowly introduce, warna irritation mil sakta hai.

Sabse bada factor? Consistency. Week me ek baar fancy mask se zyada power daily 5-minute routine me hai. Achhi neend, paani, aur stress control bhi “night skincare” ka invisible part hi hain.
